Introduction

Micro Mentoring has been a successful endeavour in fostering professional development and networking opportunities within our community. Building upon this success, we introduce Nano Mentoring, a condensed version of Micro Mentoring that provides quick yet impactful guidance and support to young professionals (YP) and students during events.

Objective

The primary goal of Nano Mentoring is to facilitate meaningful interactions between experienced professionals and aspiring individuals in a short duration, fostering learning, guidance, and networking.

Program Details

Duration

Nano Mentoring sessions will span 2-3 hours during offline events. This concise timeframe ensures that mentors and mentees can efficiently utilise their time and derive value from the interaction.
